Alpharetta is about to spend a Saturday getting active and ILA will be there.
On Sunday, October 11th, the 6th Annual Atlanta FitLife Expo takes over Alpharetta City Center from 12pm to 5pm, free and open to all ages. Expect fitness demos, live music, giveaways, and enough energy to make a Sunday feel like a workout in the best way. Full details are at thefitlifeexpo.com.
ILA will be set up with a booth, handing out free samples of both bar flavors, Chocolate with Reishi and Peanut with Ashwagandha. Parking is easy too: free parking is available at the Park Plaza Garage, right across from the Alpharetta Library.
Founder Amy Saleh will be at the booth for the day, talking adaptogens, answering questions about what goes into an ILA bar, and meeting the Alpharetta community face to face. Whether you're new to adaptogens or already know your Reishi from your Ashwagandha, she's happy to talk shop.
