Refund & Returns Policy
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, including your order number and associated email address. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email us at info@ila-life.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, we will cover return shipping. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item is damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, & FedEx, though we may use an alternative carrier if necessary. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking updates to appear.
